Free Standard - Spend Over £100

All orders are dispatched via the most reliable service which is currently DPD (December 2022). We are not using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked, due to the ongoing strike action. Orders placed Monday to Saturday will be processed within 24 hrs of being received. Orders placed after midday on Saturdays will be processed the following Monday. Please note that if you place your order before midday it will usually be dispatched that same day. You will be emailed your time slot details on the day of delivery.

Overseas Delivery (including Republic of Ireland)

Flat Rate - £15.00

All orders over £150 are dispatched via our signed for and fully trackable courier service. This takes a maximum of 5 working days during very busy periods and requires us to have your telephone number. 

Orders under £150 are dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For. Orders of this value to the US, Canada and Australia can take up to three weeks and your order will require a signature on receipt.

Please note you may be charged local custom and duty on receipt.

Returns

We are confident you will love your Claudia Bradby Jewellery but If you are unhappy with your jewellery in any way, orders can be sent back to us for exchange or refund by letting us know within 7 days of receipt. Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Please note that our gift cards are non-refundable.

Purchases made with a gift card can only be exchanged for an online store credit.

Please email info@claudiabradby.com stating your reasons for return. Returned goods must be sent to us within 30 days, in their original packaging and unworn with a copy of your delivery note.  We recommend you obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.  Once received, refunds will then be made, covering the purchase cost of the jewellery only.
