A Career Built Around Helping Others
Helping people has always been at the heart of Claire's journey.
After qualifying as a nurse in 1993, she spent ten years working in oncology, progressing to become an Oncology Nursing Sister. Following maternity leave, Claire chose to focus on raising her family before launching Devon Fit Camp, a thriving outdoor health and wellbeing community supporting hundreds of people across South Devon.
As her business evolved, so did the conversations she was having with the women around her.
They weren't only asking about fitness—they wanted guidance on confidence, lifestyle, organisation, wellbeing and navigating the changes that come with midlife.
Those conversations became the inspiration behind Woman on a Mission, a platform that continues to encourage women to embrace each new chapter with confidence and optimism.
Claire's Advice for Women Feeling Lost
