The card will be carefully handwritten by our team and placed in the envelope with the recipient's name written on the outside. The front of the card has the words 'A gift just for you' below our image, and on the back of the card, you will see more information about the jewellery.

Each piece of Claudia Bradby Jewellery is presented in an individual dove grey pouch and a beautiful monogrammed gift box. Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and if placed Monday to Friday will be processed within 24 hrs of being received. Orders placed after midday on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Please note that if you place your order before midday it will be dispatched that same day. Please note you will be emailed your time slot details on the day of delivery.
Fast Track - £10.00
Fast track orders need to be placed by midday in order to be delivered by 1pm the following day. Please note that orders placed on a Friday, before midday, using this expediated service will be delivered the following Monday. A signature is required on receipt for this service. This service is not available as a next day service during bank holiday periods. Please note you will be emailed your time slot details on the day of delivery.
Overseas Delivery
Flat Rate - £15.00
All orders over £150 are dispatched via our signed for and fully trackable courier service. This takes a maximum of 5 working days during very busy periods and requires us to have your telephone number.
Orders under £150 are dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For. Orders of this value to the US, Canada and Australia can take up to three weeks and your order will require a signature on receipt.
Please note you may be charged local custom and duty on receipt.

I have purchased 2 bracelets and a set of pearl earrings all as gifts complete with gift cards to make the gifts that little bit special. Earrings and bracelet for my daughter as a 50th Birthday gift and a bracelet for a dear friend. My daughters birthday is a few weeks off yet so I haven’t yet given her the gift. My friend I sent the gift direct from yourselves to her and she is delighted. Everything is beautiful. I am so pleased I chose your beautiful jewellery.
