What is the Silver Favourite Pearl Drop Necklace made from?

It features a white freshwater cultured pearl on a rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver chain.

How big is the pearl?

The necklace has a hand selected, rice-shaped freshwater pearl measuring approximately 9 mm drop.

Can I adjust the necklace length?

Yes. The chain has three adjustable lengths: 34 cm, 39 cm and 44 cm, so you can choose the position that works best with your neckline.

Can I wear this pearl necklace every day?

Its simple design makes it suitable for everyday styling, as well as occasions when you want a more elegant finishing touch. Avoid exposing the pearl and silver to harsh chemicals, and follow the brand's jewellery care instructions.

Every piece of jewellery is accompanied by a fully recyclable, luxury CB box, and is carefully placed in our new organic cotton pouch designed by Claudia for Anti-Tangle travel.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

All orders are dispatched, on a working day, via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and if placed Monday to Friday will be processed within 24 hrs of being received.  Orders placed over the weekend, or on bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed after midday on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that if you place your order before midday it will usually be dispatched that same day.

You will be emailed your time slot details on the day of delivery.

UK DELIVERY FAST TRACK - £12

Fast track orders need to be placed by midday Monday – Thursday in order to be delivered by 1pm the following day.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday before midday, using this expedited service, will be delivered the following Monday.

A signature is required on receipt for this service.

Please note this service is not available as a next day service during bank holiday periods.

You will be emailed your time slot details on the day of delivery.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY (INCLUDING REPUBLIC OF IRELAND)

  • Flat Rate - £15.00

All orders over £150 are dispatched via our signed for and fully trackable courier service. This takes a maximum of 5 working days during very busy periods and requires us to have your telephone number.

Orders under £150 are dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For. Orders of this value to the US, Canada and Australia can take up to three weeks and your order will require a signature on receipt.

Please note you may be charged local custom and duty on receipt.

RETURNS

We are confident you will love your Claudia Bradby Jewellery but If you are unhappy with your jewellery in any way, orders can be sent back to us for exchange or refund by letting us know within 7 days of receipt. Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Please note that our gift cards are non-refundable.

Purchases made with a gift card can only be exchanged for an online store credit.

Please email info@claudiabradby.com stating your reasons for return. Returned goods must be sent to us within 30 days, in their original packaging and unworn with a copy of your delivery note. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Once received, refunds will then be made, covering the purchase cost of the jewellery only.

Gorgeous necklace

I was given this as a 50th birthday present from friends. It is gorgeous it can be worn for special occasions as well as everyday , so versatile and always get lovely compliments when wearing it.

Pearl drop necklace purchase

This item is beautiful! Lovely shaped pearl, elegant but simple design. I wouldn't normally buy jewellery online but I had seen similar items that friends had bought from Claudia Bradby which were also lovely. I'm delighted with my purchase, beautifully packaged too if it's for a gift.
