Christmas Delivery Update

Our last guaranteed posting date for Christmas delivery to UK mainland is Friday 20^th December.  Orders will receive a free upgrade to Royal Mail Next Day delivery from 13^th – 20^th December – please note Royal Mail do not guarantee their Next Day service during busy periods.

Deliveries between Christmas and New Year 

Our team in dispatch will be processing orders for dispatch as normal between Christmas and New Year, on the following dates 27th December, 30th December and 31st December.

Every piece of jewellery is accompanied by a fully recyclable, luxury CB box, and is carefully placed in our new organic cotton pouch designed by Claudia for Anti-Tangle travel.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and if placed Monday to Friday will be processed within 24 hrs of being received.

Orders placed after midday on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that if you place your order before midday it will usually be dispatched that same day.

You will be emailed your time slot details on the day of delivery.

UK DELIVERY FAST TRACK - £7.95

Fast track orders need to be placed by midday Monday – Thursday in order to be delivered by 1pm the following day.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday before midday, using this expedited service, will be delivered the following Monday.

A signature is required on receipt for this service.

Please note this service is not available as a next day service during bank holiday periods.

You will be emailed your time slot details on the day of delivery.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY (INCLUDING REPUBLIC OF IRELAND)

• Flat Rate - £15.00

All orders over £150 are dispatched via our signed for and fully trackable courier service. This takes a maximum of 5 working days during very busy periods and requires us to have your telephone number.

Orders under £150 are dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For. Orders of this value to the US, Canada and Australia can take up to three weeks and your order will require a signature on receipt.

Please note you may be charged local custom and duty on receipt.

Christmas returns policy:

Returns will be accepted as normal by our warehouse team, but refunds or replacements can only be processed from 2^nd January 2025, this is due to our annual head office closure from 24.12.24 – 02.01.25.

RETURNS

We are confident you will love your Claudia Bradby Jewellery but If you are unhappy with your jewellery in any way, orders can be sent back to us for exchange or refund by letting us know within 7 days of receipt. Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Please note that our gift cards are non-refundable.

Purchases made with a gift card can only be exchanged for an online store credit.

Please email info@claudiabradby.com stating your reasons for return. Returned goods must be sent to us within 30 days, in their original packaging and unworn with a copy of your delivery note. We recommend you obtain proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Once received, refunds will then be made, covering the purchase cost of the jewellery only.
